The Manaus team, comprised of approximately 650 employees, services a number of products including battery packs for mobile phones, protection circuit modules for batteries, and notebook adapters. We implement Six Sigma process improvement tools, including DMAIC and LDFSS, across all our manufacturing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
