Riad Nakhleh knows thatPalladium's customers don't just rely on the end products Palladium delivers; they trust the people behind those products and solutions to consistently deliver industry expertise and insight they can count on. It's this notion that fuels Riad's conceptual design engineering focus in his new role as Director of Product Solutions.

Formerly Director of Global Applications, Riad is no stranger to innovative design: he's spent the last 15 years delivering expertise at Palladium Energy. In his new customer-facing role, Riad will support successful business growth as he applies a free-thinking approach to creative design solutions for new and existing verticals. A green- and black-belt level Six Sigma practitioner with extensive experience in business and project management, Riad enjoys traveling the globe and spending time with his wife and four children.
