William G. Atkinson—Chairman

William Atkinson, Technology Group President of Marlin Equity Partners, oversees the Palladium Energy investment as Chairman. He has more than 25 years of senior-level experience with diverse technology-based companies including VeriFone, Dun & Bradstreet, Vertel Corporation, Titan Corporation, and Expertsoft. William earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Arthur W. Salyer— Chief Executive Officer & President

Arthur W. Salyer

As CEO and President at Palladium Energy, Art Salyer is responsible for strategically growing the organization with seamless operations with superior quality outputs. With over 30+ years of direct operations and general management experience at various companies including  Trojan Battery Company, Technicolor, Carttronics LLC, Avery Dennison and Frito Lay, Art has developed expertise in battery manufacturing, cost reduction and plant management, global operations/procurement, supply chain optimization and Six Sigma practices.  He also has strong experience in sales and new business development on a global basis.  He has his undergraduate engineering degree from California State University Long Beach and his MBA from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Anees Mohammad—Chief Financial Officer

Anees Mohammad

Anees Mohammad, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leading all global finance and IT efforts to ensure fiscal responsibility across all key functions of the business. Anees brings almost 20 years of diverse financial and operational leadership experience to Palladium, with global expertise in P&L management from manufacturing companies like Pentair, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Motorola. His expertise includes implementing rapid transitions, building growth-driven business models to improve profits and cash flow, process re-engineering by using lean management tools and developing high performing global teams that deliver performance results and business commitments. Anees holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting & Economics, and a Master’s of Science in International Business.

Anson Martin—Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Anson Martin

As Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Palladium Energy, Anson Martin creates and executes global and regional sales and marketing strategies. Anson brings 10 years of business development experience in the battery industry to Palladium Energy, and builds on experience gained in the U.K., China and the U.S. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. specializing in global management and international marketing.

Dr. Like Xie—Vice President of Technology

Like Xie

As Palladium Energy's Vice President of Technology, Dr. Like Xie brings 22 years of experience in battery technologies such as Lead acid, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li Metal and li-ion batteries, with extensive Li-ion battery expertise in cathode development, cell design, cell production, cell testing, battery design and battery testing. Like has extensive knowledge in all lithium-ion cell producers' production processes and builds on that expertise to select cells, test cells and audit cell suppliers for various applications to ensure safety and performances. He is a member of UL Standards Technical Panel (UL 1642 and UL 2054) and part of a working group for IEEE1725, IEEE1625 and Telcordia Standard for Large Li Battery. Like holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Chemistry and conducted a post-doctoral research in Li Metal Battery technology.

John Michie - Director of Human Resources

John Michie

As Director of Human Resources, John will be leading global HR efforts to further establish, develop, maintain and communicate corporate policies throughout the organization and to represent, help, advise and consult with the Palladium team according to our core values. John brings over 20 years of HR expertise from technology, manufacturing and various OEM companies to Palladium and excels in organizational development, change and performance management, employee relations, staffing and legal compliance. John received his B.S. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a M.S. in Management from DePaul University.
