He has more than 25 years of senior-level experience with diverse technology-based companies including VeriFone, Dun & Bradstreet, Vertel Corporation, Titan Corporation, and Expertsoft. William earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
William Sanderson leads global strategy development at Palladium Energy. He has a solid career track record spanning 30 years in Leadership and Operational Excellence, gained while operating within the diverse Electronics Communications Sectors: Networks, Displays, Laptops and Batteries. William's educational background is in finance and radio telecommunications.
As Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Palladium Energy, Anson Martin creates and executes global and regional sales and marketing strategies. Anson brings 10 years of business development experience in the battery industry to Palladium Energy, and builds on experience gained in the U.K., China and the U.S. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. specializing in global management and international marketing.
As Palladium Energy's Vice President of Technology, Dr. Like Xie brings 22 years of experience in battery technologies such as Lead acid, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li Metal and li-ion batteries, with extensive Li-ion battery expertise in cathode development, cell design, cell production, cell testing, battery design and battery testing. Like has extensive knowledge in all lithium-ion cell producers' production processes and builds on that expertise to select cells, test cells and audit cell suppliers for various applications to ensure safety and performances. He is a member of UL Standards Technical Panel (UL 1642 and UL 2054) and part of a working group for IEEE1725, IEEE1625 and Telcordia Standard for Large Li Battery. Like holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Chemistry and conducted a post-doctoral research in Li Metal Battery technology.
Perry Rothenbaum brings over 25 years of progressive engineering expertise to Palladium Energy. He has extensive experience in high volume design practices that have supported production facilities in the US, Mexico and China, including power supply, power based and embedded micro designs, EMI noise reduction and expertise in meeting UL, VDE and TUV agency requirements. Perry has a BS degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a QS9001 and TS 16949 certified Quality Lead Auditor.
As Director of Sales for North America and EMEA, Chad Walden is responsible for executing strategies that build market share, increase profits and expand new business opportunities for Palladium Energy. Chad has over 15 years experience in various sales roles including 10 years with technology giant IBM and most recently with QLogic Corporation where he refined his channel development expertise. He is a graduate of the University of California, Chico.
Jone Jang builds on 15 years' experience as Director of Asia Pacific Sales for Palladium Energy. During his career, Jone has also worked with LG Electronics, LG-Philips LCD, LG Chemical and Tyco Electronics, gaining extensive experience in various applications such as consumer appliances, NTPC, cell phones, semi-conductors, LCDs and batteries.
As Logistics and Supply Chain Director, Mike Kral brings more than 17 years' experience to Palladium Energy. His key focus area is Materials Management and Battery Systems with extensive experience in Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Mike was previously responsible for Account Management and Product Management with other Tyco Electronics businesses.
Palladium Energy Human Resources Director Alan McWatt is a 20-year veteran in the Human Resources field. Having spent 10 years with TEBS/TDI Batteries, Alan delivers significant expertise in Global Human Resource Strategies, Policies and Procedures in the U.K., U.S., Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, Hungary, China, Korea, and Taiwan. He is a graduate of Scotland's Strathclyde University Business School.
Riad Nakhleh brings to Palladium Energy 20 years' experience in the design and development of electromechanical components. In addition to 15 years in Battery Systems, Riad also has extensive training and experience in business and project management, and has completed green- and black-belt-level Six Sigma certification. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Dr. Renato Pantoja is Vice President of Business Development for Palladium Energy's South American region. Along with 10-plus years of sales and business development experience, Renato delivers expertise in the development of advanced subsystems and systems for the Telecommunications industry and government agencies in the U.K., U.S. and Brazil. He holds a PhD in Microwave Electronics and an M.B.A. specializing in management.
Operational Excellence Director Fraser Duncan is responsible for developing and implementing policy and methodologies for Palladium Energy's worldwide operations. A 28-year veteran of the Automotive and Electronics industries, he has spent the last 10 years leading the Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality groups globally within the Battery Systems Group. Fraser qualifies as a Six Sigma black belt who spearheaded employee training and implementation of Six Sigma methodologies throughout Palladium Energy's operations. Fraser is a graduate of Abertay University, where he majored in Management and Consumer Electronics.
As Director of Marketing at Palladium Energy, Rebecca Kritzman is responsible for and leads all world-wide strategic marketing efforts. Rebecca brings over 15 years experience in high-tech, B2B marketing to Palladium and leverages her experience of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for some of the largest brands around the globe. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations from The University of Florida.
As Plant Manager for Palladium Energy's Brazil facility, Kevin Carson builds on 30 years of Purchasing and Materials Management experience gained both in the Personal Computer sector at Mitsubishi Electric/Apricot Computers and in the Mobile Communications Battery sector at TEBS. Prior to transferring to Brazil, Kevin spent 10 years covering all Operational activities from Logistics to Plant Management while with TEBS/TDI Batteries at their Scotland, Hungary and China locations.
As Finance Manager for Palladium Energy's operations in China, Robbin Gu brings over 10 years of finance analysis, reporting, and budgeting experience in manufacturing. Previously, he spent 6 years with TEBS/TDI Batteries in global business where he gained a 360 degree view of the battery business. Robbin has an innate ability to drive people to better understand the battery pack industry and strives for continuous improvement via data and financial analysis.
