Arthur W. Salyer Named CEO and President of Palladium Energy

April 7, 2011 (Naperville, IL) – It is with much excitement that Marlin Equity Partners announces that Arthur (Art) W. Salyer, President of Palladium Energy, has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President effective immediately.

In this new role, Art will be responsible for leading, managing and making critical decisions across the entire global business to position Palladium for stellar growth now and in the future.

Some of Art’s top priorities as CEO and President include:

• Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction: Making sure every customer is satisfied with Palladium’s services and products—with the end goal of having delighted customers
• Driving Innovation:  Championing innovation in products, services and business processes throughout the organization
• Building Strong Partner Relationships: Ensuring Palladium has strong, strategic relationships in place with our supply partners around the world to help deliver cost-effective products—on-time, every time

Art has 30+ years of global business leadership with expertise including: battery and electronic device manufacturing, new product/business development, global operations/procurement, and Six Sigma practices. His leadership and experience will ensure that Palladium continues to be a global leader in the technology, design engineering, testing and manufacturing of custom battery pack and adapter solutions.

Previous to his role at Palladium Energy, Art has held senior global leadership roles at Technicolor/Thompson, Avery Dennison, Trojan Battery, and PepsiCo.
